Not what we expected

Location was ok for transit but there is not too much around, good public transport though, breakfast was good, room was clean

The room was by far the noisiest we have been in Taiwan, you could not only here the busy street outside but the people around you, the reception area and hallways were freezing cold by A/C, the staff hardly or didn't speak English at all and were not welcoming (there was one nice receptionist though), the toilet in the room is only separated by a glas door that is not completely closed, so no privacy here

Good hotel and location

The location is quite good, 7/11 and Macdonalds nearby.

As noticed in other comments, quite strange that the toilet/bathroom has a glass door and wall :-) Also during the breakfast coffee machine was broken, so no coffee for breakfast, but this will probably be solved. I noticed a cockroach in the room, only one, but usually if there is one, probably there are more, so some inspections should be done.

The location is good ,about 15min walk to nearest train station & a lot of food stall and restaurant nearby, the best is mcdonald is just the corner only. staff are very helpful and friendly too

the room not provide a sound proof, we can hear a noise or car sound from above 9th floor

OK, but not a good value for the money

The location is not the prettiest part of town, but not was central to a lot of sites. It is not near an mrt, but plenty of taxis and buses

The rooms gave the street and there was a lot of noise— even on the seventh floor. The rooms are also not designed for more than one person. The bathroom only has a glass Door which isn’t as tall as the door way. All bathroom sounds and smells will travel into the rest of the room.

No complaints.

No complaints. Staff was great and the two different rooms were clean and comfortable as well. If you are traveling alone then I suggest you choose the twin room as it was much more spacious and brighter than the single deluxe.

Very helpful staff.

Very helpful staff. Close to MRT and a few good restaurants. Lots of Japanese cuisine in the area.

Breakfast was a but limited, but I wasn't expecting much.

The location is convenient to city.

Room too small. Able to look into toilet when in bed. Toilet is located less than 10 steps away from bed. Basin is right next to bed. (Able to wash hands on bed). Not advisable for people who are obese. Not recommended for friends to co-share as toilet is near and the door is relatively transparent.
